Delivery

Although we aim to despatch goods to you within 1-3 working days, we are not responsible for delays once goods are despatched. If there is a delay in despatching goods due to insufficient stock we endeavour to inform you via email of the estimated delay. All goods sent out by Royal Mail require a signature to confirm receipt.

We recommend that orders over £36 in value are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK - this service includes insurance up to £500 and is guaranteed to be delivered next working day before 1pm to most UK destinations - please see Royal Mail web site for exceptions. Someone will need to sign to confirm receipt. Goods despatched on Fridays may not be delivered until Monday of the following week; subject to excepted destinations as above. Goods despatched on Fridays can be guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday for an extra fee (see Guaranteed Saturday Delivery).

We recommend that orders under £36 value are sent First Class by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For (insured up to £36).

Large orders (over 2kg) are sent by next working day courier service and are guaranteed to be delivered to most UK destinations next working day before 5.30pm. Someone will need to sign to confirm receipt. If no-one is available a card will be left with information on how to arrange re-delivery.

Delivery to offshore islands within UK may incur additional carriage charges - please contact us for details. If you are outside UK and wish to order from us, please contact us for delivery charges.

We accept no personal liability due to loss or damage of goods in transit. Each order despatched is carefully packed. In the unfortunate event that any damage occurs during transit, please notify us immediately either by email or telephone, and also in writing within 7 days, to enable us to claim from Royal Mail.
