All was going well with this bridle on my youngster for 6 months until he got a bit fitter then I found I had no breaks after following the instructions very carefully
Unfortunately this resulted in a very nasty fall leaving me in a external fixator for 8 months.
Dr Cook would not accept any liable but did offer a good will refund which I never received.
I also have been trying to leave feedback for over 8 months so will be suprised if this sees light of day.
The 2% return rate is low but surely all feedback should be posted for a fair judgement as I would have reconsidered its place with my horse had I been give the opportunity
I am going back to metal with no hesitation
