Beta reins to match the Beta Bitless Bridle

Beta is a vinyl-covered nylon that looks very much like leather with a slightly grainy finish and low-sheen surface.

Beta reins are durable and easy to clean… just dunk in a bucket of water and swish around (or gently machine-wash on a cool cycle) and hang to dry.

These beta reins are 1" wide and are available in black or dark brown - 1" beta reins are only available without rubber grips. Each rein is approx 4' 6" long. They are particularly suited to using with the Draft Bitless Bridle which is made out of 1" wide beta material.

To overcome the obvious safety issues with using a synthetic material for reins, the 1" beta reins (like the 5/8" beta reins and the nylon webbing reins) incorporate a leather thong which is designed to break in an emergency.
