The noseband & browband have additional foam padding and non-chafing leather for ultimate comfort. NB: The leather crossover straps will need to be replaced when showing signs of wear since there is considerable friction where the straps run through the 'O' rings on the noseband (replacement leather crossover straps).  Since the beta crossover straps are more durable than leather, you may wish to purchase a pair of beta crossovers for everyday use, and save the leather crossovers for 'best'.

Sizes & Measuring Instructions - please measure your horse carefully according to the instructions before ordering. It will save you extra postage costs if you order the wrong size!

If possible always choose the noseband with your measurement in the middle of the range, rather than at either end, to allow for fitting adjustments. For example: noseband measurement 22" - choose Full noseband (21"-23"), rather than X Full (22"-25"). New leather is quite stiff and will 'give' and mould to your horse's face when it has been used a few times and cleaned / treated. Please bear in mind that the additional padding on the noseband may mean that you need a slightly larger noseband than your horse's measurement indicates.

Matching reins are available (It is not necessary to buy the matching reins - you can use any reins with the Bitless Bridle.)
