Dr Cook's Bitless Bridle Beta (synthetic, leather-look, washable)

Dr Cook's Bitless Bridle (crossover / cross under design) in Beta material - a vinyl-covered nylon that looks very much like leather with a slightly grainy finish and low-sheen surface. Beta bridles are durable and easy to clean… just dunk in a bucket of water and swish around (or gently machine-wash on a cool cycle) and hang to dry.  We sell horsewear washbags to protect your washing machine.

Beta bridles are available in black, dark brown or chestnut brown and any combination of sizes - the noseband can be swapped around to improve the fit if necessary. Please select headstall size and noseband size from the relevant boxes below.

Beta reins match the bridle colour and are available plain or with rubber grips.

It is not necessary to buy the matching reins- you can use any reins with the Bitless Bridle.

Sizes & Measuring instructions - please measure your horse carefully according to the instructions before ordering. It will save you extra postage costs if you order the wrong size!

If possible always choose the noseband with your measurement in the middle of the range, rather than at either end, to allow for fitting adjustments. For example: noseband measurement 23" - choose Medium noseband (19"-24"), rather than Large (23"-26").
