How does the HOWW Plan work?

·         We will match you with the most suitable horse or pony

·         You come & groom, ride, play with ‘your’ horse with the benefit of our facilities

·        The subscription will either be on a 1-month ad hoc or rolling 6-month basis and you can choose either shared horse (3 set days per week) or full horse (6 set days per week).

What are the benefits of the HOWW Plan?

·         A bombproof horse is hard to find – don’t worry, we have them here

·         A well-schooled horse can cost ££££s to buy – don’t worry, you don’t have to

·         Full livery charge is at least £55 per week - don’t worry, that’s covered

·         Hoof trimming is £35 every 8 weeks – don’t worry, that’s covered

·         Dental care (£30 twice per year) – don’t worry, we have it covered

·        Vets bills, worming & any other expenses - don’t worry, they’re covered too!

How much will the HOWW Plan cost me?  

·         Shared horse £129 pcm  Shared means you will have 3 set days per week when you have  access to your horse or pony, its tack & our facilities (minimum 6 months)

·         Full horse £199 pcm You will have access to your horse or pony 6 days per week, including tack & our facilities (minimum 6 months)

·         One month plan £249 pcm – only available for full horse (may be used as a one-month trial, a gift or a one-off month for holiday in this area etc)

·         With any of the above Plans there is a 25% discount on lessons given at the Centre by Rosemary Carrington-Rogers BHSAI, BBI

The Small Print

The fee is payable monthly in advance; your chosen equine (horse or pony)  will be available for your use in the school, paddocks & hacking out subject to evaluation, notice being given and a fair & safe use policy. 

Equines  remain the property of Bitless Bridle Equestrian Centre (BBEC) at all  times  &  may still be used in lessons & for hacking etc  when you’re not here.

BBEC reserves the right to offer a substitute horse or pony in the  unlikely event of their chosen one being unwell on a long-term basis.

Participants will be required to sign & abide by the BBEC Yard  Manual.

The welfare  & safety of our equines is paramount – anyone  found to be behaving in a manner deemed by the proprietors or staff of BBEC to jeopardise the health, welfare or safety of any of our equines  or any person will have their HOWW subscription cancelled without notice nor entitlement to any refund.

Participants must ensure horse or pony is made available for worming, trimming, dental treatment  etc when required by staff or proprietors of BBEC.

Use of Facilities

BBEC has first call on use of all facilities at the Centre, subscribers to a HOWW Plan are entitled to use the facilities when not needed / in use by BBEC.  Subscribers can book facilities (school, paddock, jumps etc) for their own use for a small fee.
