Branston aka BP (Branston Pickle) has now gone to a fabulous long-term loan home as a companion 

Smart 13.3hh chestnut roan gelding with lovely white stockings – offered on permanent loan to the right home; barefoot, 8yrs old

Branston is offered on a non-ridden basis; he loves doing Horse Agility & could easily make a career of this (photos).  He also shows a propensity for ‘horsing around’ and would quickly learn new games; he has the potential to be a really fun friend for anyone who wants a pony and doesn’t want to ride.  

He would of course also be a great companion for another horse or pony. He lives out 24/7 unrugged (but with access to natural & manmade shelter) and has been barefoot for several years.  He is virtually maintenance-free & gets on equally well with mares & geldings.

We are looking for a home where he can continue to enjoy a natural lifestyle - barefoot & unrugged with 24/7 turnout.

BP could remain at livery here if required (BBEC Natural Livery).

Why is he available? As word gets around about our holistic approach to horsemanship, we are being asked more & more to take on horses for rehabilitation and we must free up some space & time to enable us to continue with this work; we occasionally therefore regretfully have to look for suitable new homes for those horses who are ready to move on & share all they have learned with us; allowing others to benefit.

We so wish we could keep them all but we have to be realistic!
