Fran Griffith - Local Artist

Fran Griffith has always loved animals and her school exercise books were liberally illustrated with horse's heads, cats and dogs - much to the chagrin of her teachers.

She spent some 30 years in the African safari business and then ran a riding holiday company before eventually turning professional as an artist, so she had plenty of time to study her subjects in their natural environment.
