We were really impressed by the kind way that you handled the horses and by how responsive they were to you and to us under your instruction. For me it made the difference between seeing riding as something that did not really interest me to something that I find an attractive prospect and it is all because of the way that you treat the horses. I think Owen (13) and Pippa (10) really enjoyed the experience. The horses were obviously so relaxed under your supervision and with your style of working. Our hour riding with you was the highlight of the holiday for me last year. I would recommend you to anyone. I think it was particularly enjoyable for Pippa (aged 10) to see the high conditions of welfare for the horses. I was particularly interested in the psychology of how you trained the horses to respond to you as the boss horse, and how effective you were at controlling them and at training us to control them in just one hour in the sand school. A real inspiration!
