How to order your Dr Cook Bitless Bridle

Whilst many of you may be totally familiar with online shopping here are some basic instructions for newbies:

• Select the product you want to order from the categories (top right)
• Some of the categories contain sub-categories, so you may need to 'drill down' to get to the product you want
• Alternatively use the 'search' box at the top of each page
• Another option is to check the Bestsellers list on the right of this page - all the Dr Cook Bitless Bridles are in the list, together with other best-selling products - simply clicking on the product will take you straight to it
• Read through the description of the product, then select size, colour, etc (if applicable) from the options
• Click the Add to Cart button once you have selected all the applicable options
• Click the Shipping Estimator button to find out the postage costs
• You then have the option to Continue Shopping or Checkout
• If you want to purchase other items, repeat the procedure to find the product
• When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on Checkout
• You will have the choice to have the item delivered to a different address; whether to pay by card or by cheque and which postage method

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 1.00pm for stock items (95% of our products) are sent out same day for next working day delivery (UK mainland).  Orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday and over the weekend are sent out on Monday (Bank Holidays excepted) for Tuesday delivery.  For more information on delivery timescale & prices, including overseas, please see our FAQ.
